Use

  • This power supply cable, with increased characteristics concerning behavior during fire, it is used in public buildings (densely populated). In these spaces, a fire can put in danger the life of a lot of people through the intoxication with toxic fumes emitted by the materials used at the isolation of the electric cords.
  • It is recommended for industrial installations, public buildings, hotels, airports, metro stations, hospitals, supermarkets, banks, hospitals, theatres, cinemas, buildings with several floors, command-and-control centers, etc.
  • It is used on fixed routes, in wet or dry areas, installed under or on the plaster, on the apparent or hidden cable channels.
  • Also, it can be also used on exterior routes and on underground lines protected by tubes or installed in cable channels.

Materials

  • Conductoarele trebuie să satisfacă prescripţiile din SR EN 60228 clasa 1
    Izolaţia trebuie să fie constituită dintr-un amestec termoplastic fara halogeni,  cu intarziere marita la propagarea flacarii tip : SOFIPLUS HZ 05GG , in accord cu HD 604
  • The isolated conductors must be hardwired between them
  • Over the wired conductors is applied a SDR isolation
  • The mantle must be constituted of a mixture of thermoplastic without halogens, with an increased delay at the spread of the flame type: SOFIPLUS HY 05GG, in compliance with HD 604
  • The isolation and the mantle must have a uniform surface, without thickenings, burns, etc.
  • The marking of the cable is made by means of printing with ink jet with the inscription: N2XH-J 3X1, 5mm2

    Temperatura minima a mediului ambiant: la montaj: -5°C ; in exploatare :-30°C la +70°C
  • Maximum accepted temperature on the conductor within normal conditions of exploitation: +90°C
  • Rays of minimum bending of the cables at installation 15xD (cable’s diameter) for the single color cable and 12xD for the multiple color cable.
  • Maximum tensile force at installation: 50 N/mm2
  • Colors of identification of the conductor according to VDE 0293, HD308 S2
  • The cables are with an increased delay at the spread of the flame in compliance with SR EN 60332-2-4, C category, without halogens and corrosive toxic fumes in compliance with DIN EN 50267/IEC 60754 and reduced emission of fumes in compliance with DIN EN 61034/IEC 61034
